As Director of Operations, Scott’s focus is to ensure that our processes, procedures, and systems are continually updated and expertly functioning. This not only includes internal applications, but also affects efficiency with ministry leaders and the couples who experience our programs.

Scott’s skillset and strengths truly shine when it comes to the development of our courses and our website. Every successful registration, element download, video view, and the automated generating of certificates of completion (to name a few) is all thanks to Scott.

Along with the upkeep of the “nuts and bolts” to our technological infrastructure, Scott also handles the support tickets and inquiries from both couples and clergy. With all that he does every day, it is no wonder why our team is truly a well-oiled machine.
