No—married couples looking to refresh their understanding of Natural Family Planning or to start a new method of family planning in their marriage are welcome to take our course!

Yes, NFP Life® fulfills the NFP class requirement for many couples. Simply confirm with the priest or deacon who is officiating your wedding before purchasing the course.

NFP respects both the love-giving and life-giving meaning of married love. Rather than blocking fertility, couples learn to understand it and make decisions together. That respect for God's design is what makes Natural Family Planning Catholic.

Not quite. You may see NFP listed among natural birth control methods, but it isn't a contraceptive. Instead, couples learn to recognize the natural signs of fertility and use that knowledge to postpone or achieve pregnancy together.
